Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on your postcode and order size. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders. Exact delivery costs are shown at checkout.
How We Deliver
Your order will be delivered on a flatbed vehicle. Please ensure adequate access for delivery. The customer must be on site to receive the delivery, help the driver unload and check the goods.
Fast Turnaround
All products are manufactured to order with a typical lead time of 7-10 working days, or 10–20 working days for deliveries to Scotland. We dispatch as soon as your order is ready.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please check every item with the driver before you sign the delivery note. If anything is damaged or missing, write “damaged” or “missing” on the delivery note before signing, then call 01922 649795 or email [email protected] within 48 hours and we will sort it out.
A delivery note signed without any notes confirms the goods arrived complete and in good condition. Once that has happened we are unable to offer replacements or returns for damage or missing items, as they may have occurred after the drop-off.
