Corrugated steel roofing sheets, made to measure
Corrugated roofing sheets are the traditional choice for barns, stables, sheds, lean-tos, log stores and restoration projects where a softer, rounded profile suits the building. Steel corrugated sheets are far stronger and longer-lasting than bitumen or plastic alternatives, and they do not become brittle in sunlight.
Plastisol, polyester or galvanised?
- Plastisol: a thick, textured, highly durable coating in a range of colours, best for visible roofs and cladding.
- Polyester: a smooth coloured finish at a lower cost for outbuildings.
- Plain galvanised: the traditional silver agricultural finish and the most economical option.
Which thickness?
0.5 mm suits sheds, garages and small buildings. 0.7 mm is stiffer and more dent-resistant, better for wider purlin spacing, farm buildings and exposed sites.
Stop condensation drips
Add anti-condensation backing to stop moisture dripping onto vehicles, hay, tools or livestock in unheated buildings.
Everything you need to fit
Pair your sheets with roofing screws, corrugated foam fillers, flashings and corrugated rooflights.
Corrugated roofing sheets: FAQs
What lengths are available?
Corrugated sheets are made to any length you enter up to 5 m. Longer roof slopes are covered by overlapping sheets.
Box profile or corrugated: which is better?
Box profile is stiffer and spans further between purlins, making it the usual choice for larger modern buildings. Corrugated suits traditional and rural buildings and smaller roofs. Both give a 1 m cover width.
